Job Summary

Health Careers in Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing speech/language programs for preschool children and/or adults within the assigned service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech/language programs for clients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field
Requirements
  • Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP) degree
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Registration/eligibility with the Saskatchewan Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (SASLPA)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with preschool children and/or adults
  • Knowledge of feeding/swallowing disorders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
