Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Primary Health Care Manager - Therapies and supervision of the Speech-Language Pathologist - Senior, the Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing speech/language programs for preschool children and/or adults within the assigned service area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and implement speech/language programs for preschool children and/or adults
  • Work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Saskatchewan Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists membership

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registered/eligible with SK Assoc. of SLPs and Audiologists (SASLPA)
  • Experience in feeding/swallowing with peds/adult acute patients
