Speech Language Pathologist

Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of preschool children and their families.

**Job Summary:**

  • Plan, organize, and implement speech-language programs for preschool children and/or within the service area.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of speech-language pathologists to provide high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in preschool children.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as occupational therapists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

**Requirements:**

  • Master of Speech Language Pathology (SLP) degree.
  • Registration/eligibility with Saskatchewan Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (SASLPA) and Canadian Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (CASLPA).
  • Membership in Saskatchewan Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists and Canadian Association of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with preschool children and their families.
  • Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and other communication disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
