Livelihood Specialist

PUR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of livelihood and farm economic impact projects within our global portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and monitoring projects that promote sustainable livelihoods and economic growth in agricultural landscapes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and impact-focused organization that specializes in supply chain sustainability and nature-based solutions. You will have the chance to work with international technical teams, remotely and in person, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that address real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop livelihood and farm economic impact projects that align with PUR's global strategy and goals.
- Lead the technical integration of livelihood and farmer economic priorities into PUR's projects on a global basis.
- Collaborate with international technical teams to develop and implement project designs and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Develop and manage complex topics related to project design, risk management, and impact monitoring.
- Support the development of internal education material and technical trainings for PUR's global team.
- Masters or equivalent degree from a broad range of disciplines, including international development, rural development, agricultural economics, or similar.
- At least 8 years of experience in livelihood topics, with a proven track record of industry engagement and network in the context of Farmer Livelihoods and nature-based solutions.
- Experience with economic models for farms and living income, as well as good communication skills to represent PUR at conferences.
- Strong experience at an international level, with fluency in English. French and/or Spanish is considered an asset.
