Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Kassee Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance, including metrics on delivery times, inventory levels, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to meet demand.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of logistics operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve logistics-related issues, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:

The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
