Logistics Operations Manager

Kassee Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Communication: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and transportation, to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Word.
The Logistics Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
