Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Kassee Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our logistics operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our logistics team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and materials.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize storage capacity.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Word.
