  • Collaborate with parts department and customer service staff to achieve fill rate goals
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery
  • Perform tasks assigned by the manager, including inventory location and ERP system updates
  • Load trucks with finished goods and inspect outgoing shipments for damage
  • Count inventory as required and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and attendance skills
  • Physical fitness to handle goods, steel, and products safely
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Required Experience:
  • Experience working under minimal supervision
  • Safe operation of forklifts and related equipment
  • Ability to work in adverse conditions (extreme heat/cold, icy/slippery conditions)
