Job Description for Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Arirang Warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
  • Manage inventory levels, including conducting cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Working Conditions:
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • Permanente employment.
