Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Amiro's Steakhouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train new staff members in their job duties, as well as our high standards for sanitation and safety.
  • Recruit and hire talented food service staff to join our team.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that it meets our high standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
