Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Solutions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Supply Chain Solutions to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our supply chain leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering value for customers through sales, value delivery for CHEP's growing portfolio of consultative, value-added supply chain solutions and transportation collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clarify customer needs and identify opportunities for value creation aligned with strategic commercial plans.
- Develop proposals to deliver existing solutions to customers with clearly defined customer value and ROI.
- Deliver value to our customers by successfully executing supply chain solution engagements.
- Design new supply chain solutions to fulfill currently unmet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Related field.
- Well-developed oral, written, and graphical communication skills, including development & presentation of formal briefings and proposals or supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Engineering.
- PMP certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Master Black Belt Certification.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years CPG manufacturing or Retail supply chain experience (manufacturer, retailer, or service provider).
- Minimum 5 years client-facing strategic or consultative sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years process improvement experience in a manufacturing or retail environment.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results by collaborating with sales & marketing functions.
- Proven commercial skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers, creating trust and confidence at multiple levels of the organization in order to uncover strategic priorities and needs.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to be provided to a team working in various locations across the U.S. and Canada.
