About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver home goods to customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Store Support: Assist with retail operations, including merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information about our products and services.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Reliability: A valid full-class driver's license and a clean driving abstract are required.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
