Punjabi Chulha Restaurant and Sweets is seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations

As a Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, interacting with customers and staff from various backgrounds. Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
