Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes and foods, inspecting kitchen and food service areas, and training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
