Job Title: Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist to join our team at Bikaner Sweets House & Restaurant. As an Ethnic Food Preparation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, and training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
