Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At SIMPLY STATION SQUARE RESTAURANT LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and supervise a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our operations team.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.
