Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at AR 2024 Food Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
