Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, while supporting the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment
- Control expenses and shrinkage, and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18
- Prior retail and management experience required
- Ability to work in excess of 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
