Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Frontenac Convenience Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign tasks and duties to sales workers to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure smooth store operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Our store is a retail service establishment with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
