Job Title: Integration Specialist Developer

Humber River Health is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist Developer to join our IT Development division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the integration of various healthcare systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using HL7, JSON, and XML messaging standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and develop project plans.
  • Develop and maintain integration interfaces, including API protocols and programming languages such as Java,.NET, and Python.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare integration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare integration, with a strong understanding of data feeds, integration engine technologies, and system workflow.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
