Job Title: Financial Administrator

Imperial Theatre is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to manage and maintain financial records and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and experience with QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office. They will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, processing payments and invoices, managing payroll, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budgeting and compliance.

The Financial Administrator will work closely with the Executive Director and the Imperial Theatre Finance Committee to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance. They will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all financial and employee information and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to prioritize and meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
