We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at MOSSAH Foods Corp.
Job SummaryThe Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food counter.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or related environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Previous experience in a food service or related environment.
The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced coffee shop environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
