Retail Store Manager

ST BOTTLE DEPOT LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Ensure that our sales floor is adequately staffed and that each sales worker is assigned to a specific area of the store.
- Hire and Train Staff: Collaborate with our HR team to recruit and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Authorize Payments: Verify and authorize payments made by customers, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
- Order Merchandise: Work with our purchasing team to order merchandise, ensuring that our store is stocked with the latest products and trends.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our sales staff, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed during peak hours.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Accurate: You must be detail-oriented and accurate in your work.
- Client Focus: You must be able to provide exceptional customer service and focus on meeting the needs of our customers.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with our sales staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Organized: You must be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Reliability: You must be reliable and dependable, ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Team Player: You must be able to work collaboratively with our sales staff and other stakeholders to achieve our goals.
