Retail Store Manager

ST BOTTLE DEPOT LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal store performance.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate inventory management and place orders for merchandise.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and direct the activities of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Accurate: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of store operations.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and customers.
- Organized: Maintain a well-organized store environment and ensure efficient operations.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and accountability in all aspects of the job.
- Team Player: Collaborate with staff to achieve store goals and objectives.
