Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative dishes and menus that exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, maintain accurate records, and optimize food costs to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen operations, and staff management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
