Job Title: Executive Chef

The Shuroop is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of menu development, cost control, and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
