À Scotts Miracle-Gro, nous sommes à la recherche d'un individu motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe de chargement de camions.

Les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à :

  • Nettoyage de la cour
  • Recouvrement des piles
  • Préparation de la charge
  • Chargement de produits sur des vans secs, des conteneurs et des remorques plate-forme
  • Déchargement de packaging et de pallets

Les candidats doivent :

  • Travailler de manière sûre et afficher une bonne attitude
  • Avoir un moyen de transport fiable
  • Travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
  • Être capable de travailler en heures supplémentaires
  • Être capable de travailler dans un environnement poussiéreux et en conditions chaudes et froides
  • Être capable de soulever jusqu'à 50 livres
  • Remplir les normes de performance minimales
  • Avoir de l'expérience dans l'exploitation d'un chariot élévateur articulé, ou être prêt à être formé en opérateur
  • Avoir une licence de conduite de classe 1 ou être capable de démontrer sa compétence dans l'exploitation d'un jockey de cour avec transmission automatique et freins à air
  • Ne pas avoir de restrictions physiques limitant sa capacité à porter des équipements de protection personnelle
  • Fournit un examen de fonds pénaux (CPIC). Notez que cela n'est pas une exigence pour les associés Scotts actuels

Les candidats peuvent devoir fournir un extrait de conducteur (dossier de conduite)

Le bilinguisme est un atout, mais pas une exigence.

Le salaire est conforme à l'accord collectif (actuellement 21,07 $/heure, passant à 21,27 $ le 6 octobre)
