Sales Coordinator Role Overview

This Sales Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Business Development team, Project Management, and customers to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key point of contact between Sales/Business Development, Project Management, Operations, and customers.
  • Contribute to the development of project estimates by collecting relevant data.
  • Support the Business Development team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with potential and existing clients.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Project Management by attending regular site meetings.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the Construction industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 CAD. Please note that salary may vary based on location and individual qualifications.
