About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at Motion. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a tangible impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our service technicians and sales consultants to oversee client order administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Process payments, manage bank deposits, billing, and payments as needed, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals and sales, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when handling communication between clients, therapists, and funders, demonstrating empathy and respect in all interactions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role, with a strong interest in the healthcare or personal mobility device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility and organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Empathy and respect, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating databases, with experience with Jobber and Navision an asset.
