As a Deputy VP Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing various finance functions including Controllership, FP&A, Integrations, and Financial Systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive leadership with at least 15 years of experience. Public Company experience is a must, either within public accounting or in-house. Strong understanding of financial principles, systems, regulations, and best practices is essential.

A key responsibility will be to oversee the completion of all consolidated financial reporting, including publicly listed financial statements and MD&A, as well as internal financial reporting to parent company. This includes working with portfolio companies' finance teams to improve efficiencies related to the financial close process.

Financial Planning and Analysis will also be a key focus area, ensuring completion of monthly and quarterly deliverables such as quarterly budgets, forecast to actual variance analyses, IRR, attrition analysis, organic growth, cash flow forecasting, and more. The successful candidate will manage external auditors and ensure timely completion of quarterly reviews and annual external audits.

An estimated salary for this role is around $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
