Job Summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation organization, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to our Major and national accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all aspects of assigned Payroll and Workforce Now (WFN) account setup, including analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution, process training, initial live run(s) support, and turnover to Client Services.
  • Implement and set up ADP's WFN methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant HR system configurations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on HR configuration, analysis, and testing.
  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential project disruptions.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in payroll implementation projects.
  • Assist in mentoring and supporting less tenured team members in their technical development.

Requirements

  • HR certification or designation
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience or relative field
  • Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English & French
  • Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization, time management and prioritizing skills
