Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team at ADP. As a Payroll Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the quality implementation and setup of ADP's Workforce Now (WNF) implementation methodology. You will analyze, configure, and understand the client's payroll needs to properly set up the client's WNF environment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the quality implementation and setup of ADP's WNF implementation methodology
  • Analyze, configure, and understand the client's payroll needs to properly set up the client's WNF environment
  • Training, Testing, and validation with the client before participating in the first 'LIVE' payroll processing run
  • Managing various accounts from project initiation and supporting the client through all phases of the implementation
  • Managing project risks and escalations to resolution
  • Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items
  • Meet project task milestone and due dates
  • Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or related business experience
  • PC certification an asset or fundamental NPI courses
  • 2+ years of payroll experience or relative field
  • Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English & French
  • Previous experience working directly with clients
