About the Role:

At Steven Bean, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and support to clients
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Requirements:

  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
