Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Steven Bean. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication administration and management.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients.
  • Assist with transportation and errands.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate.
Work Environment:
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Room and board provided.
  • Urban area.
