We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Vision Centre team as a Vision Care Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operation of our Vision Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the booking of eye appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Help maintain the standards of the Vision Centre, including filing, cleaning, and organization.
- Provide assistance to customers with their Vision Centre requests, including choosing frames, accessories, and repairs.
- Aid in communication between vision parties, including Opticians, customers, and doctors.
- Process advanced POS transactions, including interaction with benefits systems.
- Maintain layaway and perform technical measuring of eyewear.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
