About the Role

As ATB's next Everyday Financial Services (EFS) Business Advisor, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of Mass Affluent Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, increase, and retain valued business based on targets, financial acumen, and collaboration with the leadership team to provide specialized insights into the business.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to drive financial health throughout EFS and the community.
  • Manage complex retail and business deals, translating information into easy-to-understand solutions for clients.
  • Provide clients with access to self-service options, set them up on digital platforms whenever possible, and serve them through their preferred channel.
  • Translate annual business targets and metrics into actionable activities and routines.
  • Identify business strengths and frame opportunities to determine the full partnership potential with ATB.
  • Lead programs or initiatives that improve ATB's presence and reputation within the community, and take on leadership duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of Risk Management policies and procedures.
  • In-depth analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as data-driven decision making, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Fluent communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style and methods to best suit the audience.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • ~2+ years of experience in retail and business banking or 5+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field of study.
