Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train and develop accounting and related clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing analysis and recommendations for improving productivity and product quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and coordinate maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervision: Supervise accounting and related clerks, payroll clerks, and other staff members as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
