About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at TalentFinity Recruitment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating a positive customer experience and fostering strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 12 reports, including 2 supervisors, to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays
  • Implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with head office departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Completion of a college or university degree or diploma in a business-related field
  • 3+ years of cumulative experience in a related environment, with a proven track record of leadership and operational management
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems

Work Environment:

  • Full-time permanent position, 44 hours per week
  • Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, with reduced hours on weekends
