Compensation

Job Description

We seek an Industrial Operations Specialist to lead and implement process improvement initiatives, evolve and drive continuous improvement efforts, manage value, risk, and resources, and ensure adherence to budgetary requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing, modeling, building, and deploying effective functional solutions.
  • Leading and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Evolving and driving continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
  • Managing value, risk, and resources to support business objectives effectively.
  • Addressing immediate safety, quality, and productivity challenges as they arise.
  • Ensuring adherence to budgetary requirements and financial constraints.
  • Complying with all relevant codes and regulations, including health and safety policies.
  • Analyzing workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data to optimize asset efficiency.
  • Participating in the training and development of team members to build skills.
  • Assisting in the development and integration of corporate culture elements.
  • Leading and contributing to process development projects and initiatives.
  • Providing technical support across various projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proven experience in leading Lean initiatives and driving operational excellence.
