At Securitas Inc., we are seeking a skilled and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in the Neepawa, MB area. This part-time and casual position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who value integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites, ensuring the security and safety of client property, assets, and personnel. The role involves making periodic patrols to check for irregularities, inspecting protection devices and fire control equipment, and controlling access to client sites or facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report suspicious activities and incidents
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure site security and identify potential risks
• Control access to client sites or facilities through the admittance process
• Respond to emergencies and investigate incidents as needed
• Provide excellent customer service while minimizing risk to client property and assets

Requirements:

• Valid provincial Security Guard License (preferred)
• Working knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Reliable means of transportation
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to write routine correspondence
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Able to walk, stand, and conduct patrols
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• First Aid/CPR is considered an asset
