The Abroad Visa Immigration Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, administering policies and procedures, and co-ordinating office services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carrying out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
