Key Responsibilities- Confirm Travel Arrangements: Ensure that all transportation and accommodation reservations are in order, and that clients are aware of their itinerary.
- Manage Client Finances: Collect administration or entrance fees, and assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodation and/or transportation.
- Coordinate Activities: Work with local tour guides or leaders of performance groups to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Provide Cultural Insights: Share information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, metric conversion, and other details that will enhance our clients' experience.
- Sell Souvenirs: Offer our clients the opportunity to purchase souvenirs that reflect the local culture and traditions.
- Assist Clients with Special Needs: Provide support to clients with special needs, ensuring that their requirements are met and that they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Lead Guided Tours: Conduct guided tours of museums, gallery exhibitions, and historical, heritage, and other sites, answering inquiries and providing information to our clients.
- Work under Pressure: This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
- Repetitive Tasks: The role involves repetitive tasks, such as confirming travel arrangements and managing client finances.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is required to ensure that all aspects of the client's experience are met.
- Physical Demands: The role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and potentially lifting or carrying items.
- Recruit and Support: Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster, and provide support with foreign credential recognition.
- Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent role, working 32 to 40 hours per week.
