About the Role
At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager - Level II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, cost savings, and client satisfaction through the implementation and execution of facility management programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the account at cross-account leadership councils and collaborate with account leaders and stakeholders to review, develop, and refine facility management programs and processes.
- Lead the implementation of facility management programs and program enhancements for assigned accounts, driving consistency in program execution.
- Oversee the implementation of the CMMS program with a CMMS coordinator as a direct report.
- Accountable for the OMP and SOW for service agreements.
- Directly responsible for a regional team of H&S, Energy, Property Services, Tenant Service, and indirectly responsible for liaison with national services.
Cost Savings and Client Satisfaction
- Lead the assigned account team in identifying cost savings opportunities and executing initiatives to reduce and/or consolidate services.
- Develop and implement programs to achieve greater client satisfaction, including communication and innovation initiatives.
Service Delivery and Performance Management
- Collaborate with account senior management and stakeholders to ensure service delivery performance objectives are met.
- Conduct high-level reviews of programs to ensure all requirements are delivered as per the master services agreement.
Third-Party Service Providers - Performance Management
- Accountable for performance management of third-party service providers through activities including establishment and measurement of key performance indicators and regular business reviews.
Requirements
- University degree in a related discipline with extensive experience, typically up to 10 years of progressive experience.
- Passion for the profession, including certifications such as Certified Facility Manager or Certified Property Manager.
- Environmental H&S designation or trades license would be a definite asset.
- Demonstrated experience leading a diverse team.
- Travel required - up to a potential 30%.
