About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and technical support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance and service on customer equipment, including Atlas Copco products and other brand equipment.
  • Commission new equipment and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment.
  • Support our local customer base, develop new customers, and maximize time utilization.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in training programs to improve technical skills.
  • Represent the face of Atlas Copco when interacting with customers, following company standards and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Manage daily administrative duties, including time sheets, work orders, and service reports.

Requirements
  • Successful certification in Industrial Mechanic or similar mechanical knowledge/experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage to meet deadlines.
  • Good physical endurance and ability to work in various conditions.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word/Outlook).
  • Experience servicing compressed air equipment (asset).
