Service Technician

As a Service Technician with Heritage Service Group Canada, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances and refrigeration equipment. Your industry knowledge and technical skills will be essential in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial food equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Work overtime and participate in on-call rotation
- Occasionally travel to work at other locations or for training purposes
Requirements:
- Education in appliance service or a related field
- Gasfitter certification (G2) preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
