Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Heritage Service Group Canada. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances and refrigeration equipment.

About the Role:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial kitchen appliances and refrigeration equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Requirements:
  • Education in appliance service or a related field is preferred
  • Gasfitter certification (G2) is preferred
  • Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial food equipment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven
