Compensation


We offer a competitive salary of $19.40 per hour, with a monthly performance bonus structure in place to recognize and reward outstanding performance. Job Description


In this key role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for leading by example in delivering outstanding customer service. You will coach and mentor our sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge across the team. Your focus will also be on operations, supporting store management in daily tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. You will execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, upholding workplace safety standards, and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and safety regulations.



Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will require at least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion and accessories industry. You must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to build effective relationships. Intermediate computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office, are essential. Experience working with POS systems is also necessary.



Work Environment


This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week, with the flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. The job involves moderate physical effort, significant walking, and standing. Lifting, pushing, pulling, and holding boxes and store fixtures may be required (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support).
