Senior Sales Professional

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our fleet management services. With a strong background in full-cycle software sales, you will thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess a deep understanding of the competitive SaaS landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Drive outbound sales through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with and mentor Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to spot new sales opportunities and refine strategies.
- Work with marketing and product teams to develop targeted strategies and adapt products based on customer feedback.
- Keep CRM records updated, track sales progress, and provide concise reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years as a top-performing Account Executive.
- Track record of consistently exceeding KPI targets.
- Sharp analytical and communication skills.
