We offer a wide range of products from collegiate and professional sports teams, as well as top brands like Nike, New Era, Adidas, and Mitchell & Ness.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and driving sales growth. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with district sales managers to achieve sales goals and implement company initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer service excellence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
