Wireless Store Manager

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wireless Store Manager to join our team at The Mobile Shop. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities as a part of your daily responsibilities.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
